Class A Raffle License #R-63116

The SGT Watts Veterans Foundation, an Oregon 501(c) 3 Non-Profit Organization is licensed to conduct their 2025 Motorcycle Raffle under the guidelines stipulated for a Class A Raffle License, #R-63116 issued by the Oregon Department of Justice Charitable Activities Section, Gaming Unit, State of Oregon. 

 The following administrative rules apply to the raffle:

  1. Official Day of the raffle is Saturday, August 23rd, 2025, at 2:00pm PST.
  2. Location of the raffle is Paradise Harley Davidson, 10770 SW Cascade Ave, Tigard, OR 97223.
  3. Winners do not need to be present to win.
  4. Total number of raffle tickets sold will not exceed 500 tickets.
  5. If less than 500 tickets are sold, the raffle event will be held as planned.
  6. Tickets will be sold up to the day of the raffle.
  7. The price of an individual raffle ticket is $100 per ticket.
  8. Individual ticket sales via website and direct to participant are tracked, retained and audited in compliance with State guidelines. Tickets can also be purchased via QR Code at various events, and at Paradise Harley-Davidson. Participants who purchase tickets via website will receive their ticket stubs via U.S. Postal Service, except during the final week preceding the raffle, when they will receive their ticket stub via email.
  9. On the day of the raffle drawing, the event coordinator will perform the following steps:
  10. Raffle tickets are placed into a rotating drum, spun vigorously to ensure tickets are mixed
  11. After each ticket drawing, the drum will spin again, to ensure random selection of tickets
  12. First ticket drawn will be placed into a bin titled Grand Prize Motorcycle Winner
  13. Second ticket drawn will be placed into a bin titled One $500 PHD Gift Card
  14. Third ticket drawn will be placed into a bin titled 65”- LED TV
  15. Fourth – Eighth tickets drawn will be placed into a bin titled Five - $100 Gift Cards
  16. Winners will then be announced as follows, in reverse order, ending with the grand-prize winner:
  17. The five tickets placed into the bin titled Five $100 Gift Cards will be announced individually and each winner will receive a separate $100 Gift Card
  18. The winning ticket placed into the bin titled 65”- LED TV will be announced next and the winner will receive the TV
  19. The winning ticket placed into the bin titled one $500 PHD gift card will be announced next and the winner will receive the $500 gift card
  20. The winning ticket placed into the bin titled grand prize motorcycle winner will be announced last and the winner will subsequently receive the 2024 Harley-Davidson Street Glide
  21. The raffle participants do not need to be present to win and if the participant is not on site at Paradise Harley-Davidson at the time of the drawing, they will be contacted by phone and email immediately after the event to inform them of the prize they won.
  22. The Grand Prize winner may elect to sell the 2024 motorcycle to, or trade the 2024 motorcycle with, Paradise Harley-Davidson, subject to successful negotiations between the participant and Paradise Harley-Davidson. Resale or trade are not guaranteed.
  23. The winner of the 2024 Harley-Davidson Street Glide is responsible for all local, State and Federal License, Registration Fees, applicable Taxes, and any fees related to transporting the motorcycle at any time following delivery of the grand prize.
  24. All prize winners will be announced by social media, Facebook and Instagram, on the afternoon immediately following the event. The SGT Watts Veterans Foundation Website will be updated with this same information the following week.
